Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Ochiltree Commissioners’ Court will be held
on the Monday the
14th day of
September,
2009 at
1:00 p.m. in the County Courthouse in Perryton, Texas at which time the following subjects
will be discussed, to wit:
1.
Public Hearing on Budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.
2.
Public Hearing on proposal to increase total Tax Revenue for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.

THE OCHILTEE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ COURT
OCHILTREE COUNTY

Notice is hereby given that on the
14th day of
September, 2009, the Ochiltree County Commissioners’ Court of Ochiltree County
will hold Special Meeting at
1:00 o’clock
, P.M. at the Ochiltree County Courthouse, Perryton, Texas. The subjects to
be discussed are listed on the agenda, which is attached to and made a part of this Notice.
If, during the course of the meeting covered by this notice, the Court should determine that a
closed or executive meeting of the Court is required, then such a closed or executive meeting as
authorized by the Government Code of Texas will be held by the Court at the date, hour and place
given in this Notice as the Court may conveniently meet in such closed or executive meetings
concerning any and all subjects and for any and all purposed permitted by said Government Code,
including, but no limited to:
Section 551.071 For the purpose of a
private consultation with the Court’s Attorney.
Section 551.072 For the purpose of
discussing the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
Section 551.073 For the purpose of
deliberation regarding prospective gift or donation.
Section 551.074 For the purpose of
considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, resignation, duties, discipline, or dismissal
of a public officer or employee or to hear complains or charges against a public officer or
employee.
Section 551.075 For the purpose of a
conference with an employee or employees.
Section 551.076 To consider the
deployment, or specific occasion of implementation of security personnel or devices.
Should any final action, final decision, or final vote be required in the opinion of the Court
with regard to any matter considered in such closed or executive meeting, then such final action,
final decision, or final vote shall be at either:
(a) The open meeting covered by this notice upon the reconvening of this
public meeting, or
(b) At a subsequent public meeting, or upon notice thereof;
As the Court shall determine.
