NOTICE OF SPECIAL (EMERGENCY) MEETING
OF THE COMMISSIONERS’ COURT OF
OCHILTREE COUNTY, TEXAS
Notice is hereby given that an Emergency and/or Urgent public necessity meeting of the
Ochiltree Commissioners’ Court will be held on the
12th day of
April,
2010 at
1:00 p.m. in the County Courthouse, Perryton, Texas, and the subject of said meeting will
be:
- Regarding the damages to graves at the Ochiltree County Cemetery. The Court finds that the
Cemetery is a public place and the damages could endanger the public visiting the site and remedial
action is immediately necessary.
The fact that the subject matter of said meeting is urgently needed to maintain and operate
said County for the best interest of said County, make it an emergency or urgent public necessity
that said meeting be held. Additionally I gave telephone or fax notice to KEYE, KDXJ and the
Perryton Herald.

Court, is a true and correct copy of said Notice on the bulletin board at the Courthouse door of

2010, at 9:30 o’clock a.m. and the notice remained so posted continuously for at least 2
hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
