JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
Notice is hereby given by the Republican County Chair and the Ochiltree County Republican County Executive Committee (CEC) that a vacancy exists for the Republican nomination for the office of Justice of the Peace.
Any qualified individual interested in seeking the Republican nomination to fill this vacancy may obtain an application by clicking the link below or from the County Judge’s Office located at:

Office Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Closed 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Completed applications must be submitted to the County Judge's Office no later than Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Applicants will be interviewed by the Ochiltree County Republican County Executive Committee on Monday, April 13, 2026.
This notice is provided in accordance with applicable party and election procedures to inform the public of the process for filling this vacancy.
